Does the xl cdt have a belt and if so what size and is it a cinch or roll top?

Yes I'd does have a belt, not a regular ula hipbelt but one of webbing with small pockets and it's a one size fits all type and it worked for me at 58-60 inches..

It is a cinch top and each shoulder strap has a water bottle holder and a shoulder pocket
