Hi! Just about to go full time again.

Hi! I bought my first Mayan in 2013 and built a stand for it and switched it out for my bed. I've had back problems from a soccer injury that occurred at roughly the same time and the hammock was the only thing that really helped my back. I stopped in 2015 when I moved off to school and couldn't fit it in my dorm. Now I'm about to move to my first adultish studio apartment and have no furniture (or room in my car to move furniture), but I have my hammock stand and an eno (my heels eventually wore a hole in the Mayan and it just fell apart). So I think I'll be sleeping with that setup for a bit until I can afford a nice Brazilian. I'm kind of feeling like going all out and getting the Bossanova, but I can't find much solid information on it.

Update: First night went fairly smoothly. The new apartment building is pretty noisy so it was hard to sleep the whole night, but I was fairly comfortable.

Thanks for the update. Ear plugs might work for you. Welcome to the forum. Take a picture of your set-up if you get a chance.

hammockSetup.jpg Here's the current setup.I need to find something else to go under the legs next. I also have to admit I enjoy having the pocket on the side since I don't have a bedside table (or any furniture for that matter).

I have the same setup. Home Depot or Lowes have nice rubber fittings for that. Measure before you go.
    Example: https://www.lowes.com/pd/SoftTouch-4...r-Tips/3032995
Also, I tied a thin line/paracord between each set of legs to prevent them from spreading while under load. A little Gorilla Tape above the tie point keeps the line from sneaking up the legs.
