Pretty much, every day is a chance for rain from here to next year.
I am only 2.5 hours away, so I am thinking of coming if it isn't too bad

From Fairdale take Mitchell Hill Road South in the roundabout. Make a left on Holsclaw Hill Rd. At the crest of the hill make a very sharp right into the park. The locked gate is on the far side of the parking lot. Group site 3 is within the large stand of pines on your left about 500 yards past the gate. The gravel road continues past GS3 but loops back around and comes back out the same way.
So, looking at google maps, it's just past the Horine Conference Center?

Yeah, I'm going regardless - It's a 6+ hour drive, but meh. Any excuse to get out with folks. If someone brings a good-sized tarp (not a camping tarp, I mean "cover stuff in the back of the truck" tarp) we can rig up a cover for the fire, so at least we'll be able to congregate.

I don’t really care if it rains either just as long as it is not supposed to be really windy . I’ll bring a good size tarp and some string to hang it with . Beam you and Eric better come .
