I'm a big fan of UGQ's Winter Dream w/ internal end pole mod... with regards to your wind question, the internal poles do change how you approach wind.
Because the stake lines also set the width, contain the amount the poles spread, you have to account for this in higher winds.
In no winds.. stake as you like.
If the winds come up, you may need, will need to move your lines to both keep the pole spread where you want it and help take wind load.
No biggie, but may surprise you the 1st time you're out.
What is the best way to add pull outs to my tarp? I have a Kammok Kuhli Pro and wondering if they could be added with something like patches. I don't want to sew them in if it can be avoided so I don't have to worry about tearing the fabric or having the seam seal.
According to kammok the material is Amphibiskin™ 15D diamond ripstop nylon with Sil/PU + DWR waterproofing
If you are under control, you are not going fast enough - Mario Andretti
These are an option that won't involve sewing or seam sealing.
