    For a 20* quilt, I would recommend going with the sewn footbox. You can always stick a leg / 2 legs out if it gets too hot but it is quite difficult to block drafts out unless you built your quilt around that idea. UGQ and Katabatic have great ideas when it comes to that, check out their design for further ideas.

    I have used the cinched end style with snaps for several years. Have had 2 extra snaps added to my 20* and 0* tqs. Use them as down quilts for Mrs. Moment when we have the RV out early in the spring and at high altitude.
    Never had a problem with cold feet since my youngest daughter got me a pair of Flame Throwers from Paul at Arrowhead for Christmas about 8 years ago. I sleep outside year round, so they've been tested.
