    I think you built the first "real" doubles hammock lol. That thing is massive! You said you laid perpendicular!
    Now you need to build a stuff sack for it. Then weigh it.

    Interested in the long term with this setup..

    I've pushed the UL boundaries.. Monolite hammock that imploded, Dynaglide suspension. Can't say I would want to hang on Zingit/Lashit.. not even in my yard. I'd be afraid to move all night.

    Yes, my pack weighs 70lbs, but it's all light weight gear....

    Iv spent alot of time ina tablecloth hammock of about the same dimentions. Amazing lounging or sleeping hammock.
    I would not sew the channels yet. The problem with one that wide, is that the edges become unusable as they bowl up too much. Try whipping it first. Pull the center tighter by a few inches and that gives a flatter midsection, allowing you to use more of the width.
