I’m doing a kero step style. Fully lofted foot box ( not pinched around the edges) wanted something around slightly different. https://www.littleshopofhammocks.com...eballtopquilt/

Whewhee, that is a good looking quilt! That baffling!

It's good to know there is a vendor doing this style and by all accounts, you do some of the best work available.

I thought about doing the lofted footbox, but I got bound up in how I would attach it on the interior. Now I am looking at a baffles, more stuffing, etc..

I also wanted the square footbox, but limitations in my experience kept me from venturing any further down the rabbit hole.

Looks awesome! Congrats. I made two KARO UQs, one 2" and one 3" baffles. I count 2" as 20-degrees and 3" as 0-degrees.

    Hey thanks Rain.

I thought the three inch baffle was a bit much. Good to know from someone who's built a Karo and had experience.

How did you like sewing those baffles??

You mean the sense of extreme accomplishment inversely related to the difficulty of the project?!

    Immensely! LOL
