    ENO HouseFly Rain Tarp

Question: Has anyone used the ENO HouseFly Rain Tarp to cover 2 hammocks that use an ENO Fuse Tandem Hammock System..? Is there room inside for both or would it be too tight a fit..?

I personally think the Housefly is too small for one person, well enough two. It's 10 ft. 8 inches long and 8 ft. 10 inches wide, not long enough for an 11 ft. hammock, and not wide enough to offer protection from blowing precipitation. And at 29 ounces, you'd be hard pressed to find a heavier tarp on the market. I recently won a Dutch Wide Winter Tarp at 12 ft. long and 11.5 feet wide that weighs 23 ounces, and it's much larger than the Housefly.

I loved my ENO housefly. I used it with my 11 ft DIY hammock. It barely fit, but I used it in all four seasons. I think you'd fit under it lengthwise just fine, but maybe not width-wise to still close the doors.

I still miss that tarp. It's a solid one.

Thanks for the help that was my thoughts too cuz the pic's made it look rather tight. I've always preferred to stick with one brand when putting a package together but now I'm beginning to see that there are more options available for what I want to do but just not from ENO. Does anyone know of a good rain tarp that could be used to provide coverage for 2 hammocks or are they all strickly made for one hammock only..? I'd prefer to use only one rain tarp if possible to save on the weight and space of having to carry two..

Thanks Karla, I just viewed the link and it seems like it will do the trick. I just emailed DutchWear to confirm this but I think it will solve my problem..
