Since it appears that no one has started a thread yet, here is your officially unofficial trip report...please add your photos to be immortalized on HF.

First, the forecast. Friday was a bit chilly, but Saturday warmed up to a balmy temp of forty something. The temperature police will come along and correct these stats, but until then I can tell you that someone reported 29° this morning. This is unverified.






The people staying at B-19 gave a new meaning to “campfire TV”. They had a campfire AND a TV.

At many given points during the weekend, Jimbo could be heard calling out “Scissors!!!”. This was his code word for “I am out of brownies!”

My thermometer read 26°F Friday night, and 31°F Saturday night.

Shrewd, if I'd have known yall were down there I sure as heck would have come hung out - no pun intended, lol - I'd love to hear about some of your hikes, including your AT and PCT thru hikes. Glad yall had fun for sure though.
