Shug, being a fellow Southerner, I, too have a deep fondness of the food of my homeland but also have a deep appreciation of all regional foods. Our food is who we are and where we came from. Now that you have been in the Upper Midwest ( I guess that's what ya'll call your region!) for a while, what are your favorite foods from that area? I know you have an affinity for fried Walleye and those pastry thingies that you get up near the SHT.

So, what's a Tater Tot hot dish? I came off a hike with my brother yesterday and hit a joint next to the trail and got some BBQ Cheese fries that were awesome! They had crinkle fries, pulled pork, BBQ sauce and melted cheese on top. Great eats!

Sorry ‘bout your camera Shug. I hope a kind soul returns it once they see your footage on it.

My 11 year old girl saw me watching this on my phone and she says “Hey is that Mr. Maple Man?” I laughed.
