Happy New Years Y'all. See ya'll soon. I plan on leaving Friday around 1:00 and being there around 4.
Never been to one of these group hangs and why not make it in my home state. I know this is in a state park and going to guess that any RV parking is probably shut down due to water limitations. However, is there any anything preventing me from bringing mine and “dry” camping? I will be hanging outside, but would like to give my wife an opportunity to participate in the group activities. She requires a bit more comfort than a hammock. If she only knew....
My daughter is planning to come with me again. Shes' my lucky charm... summer before we won 4 raffles in a row...thought I heard stones being picked up behind us...(I did pass on the last one) phew
Having never been to this place, I did a satellite view of the camp area. I see what looks to be a bath house. I am going to guess that this place has no water. I did see on an old post that there was a porta-potty supplied by the park. Do we need to bring our own water?
There is water available at the Ranger station on the way in. It is turned off at the group site. Slowhike should have planning thread up soon. In the meantime ,refer to last years.
