Us "normal" people prefer eggs,bacon,livermush,sausage,some bread(toast) ,steak with any of the above (starting to sound like Waffle House) and don't forget the hashbrowns...cheesey or not.
Cajun got me to try the livermush at Yates....I dont think I will be adding it to my normal breakfast any time soon

We hiked the trail up morrow mountain from the campground. Some steep sections. Old native American quarry half way up the mountain makes for an interesting all quartz trail for a section.
It was two or three miles. Then the return walk.
When you get to the top, it can be a zoo, as it is car accessible.
