New Wide Tarps now availble at dutchwaregear.com

We worked on the fabric for these tarps for over a year. We are really happy with how it turned out and now we have the tarps to prove it. These tarps are 11.5 feet wide and made with ow stretch polyester sil 1.1. We have 3 styles right now but we are still perfecting the two person one which I hope to have done very soon. The rectangle has a five tie outs on each side for lots of configurations. The center 3 have two beastie Ds so you can add up to 3 internal pole mods. The Hex tarp is not only wider but it is cut at a softer angle so you really get great coverage for a hex. The best one of them all is the winter tarp. 11.5 feet makes it so you can pitch that tarp down to the ground to block those cold winds. We made the doors extra wide so you can close them up tight. We also put on all the tarps beastie Ds facing inside so you can have an internal ridgeline. This way the water won't run down and drip on your head. You will be able to hang lights, dry cloths, and it is a great way to prussic up your internal pole mods. All of these are available in 11 and 12 foot lengths and if you would like longer feel free to contact us. Here are the links and a vid....

I'm sure at 111.5 feet, I could do more than the suggestions you list...

Awesome. Would it be possible to get extra guy outs up the vertical side (rectangular tarp) so you could do a variety of baker lean styles?

Yes, that is easy. I wanted to put them there already but we decided it can be added. [email protected]

Looking forward to the progress of the 2 person tarp, hope to get one next year and take the wife hammock camping for the first time. We enjoyed our tour of Dutchware on the 16th of last month to pick up my replacement hammock, Dutchware customer for life!

I saw Dutch's prototype of this tarp a month ago at a Massachusetts hang and it is awesome!

I just won a prototype of the Dutch Winter Tarp at a hang this weekend. Can't wait to try it out!
