I'd been meaning to do this awhile ago but forgot till now. I wanted to thank PG for the uncured bacon jam he gave my son. While Lucas wouldn't eat, I'm game to try new things and I didn't know such a thing existed until the jar landed in my hand. It is definitely good stuff. I really enjoy it on toast with some fried eggs. Thanks PG for expanding my culinary horizon.
