Way to go, Bros! This is the earliest I can recall folks being able to challenge zero F or below. Y'all were within just a few degrees! Truly amazing for the end of Oct, and without even being way up in the mountains. And same over in Tooele, UT at "only" 5000 ft! That is what's called an early winter! ( I bought some of my first outdoor gear in 1983 from a place called "Early Winters", including their version of an MSR stove)
I just saw that Pinedale, WY, at the foot of the Wind River Mountains, had an incredible minus 16F this morning, with a "feels like" of minus 30F at 0600!
