Looks like it's going to be chilly, with the possibility of snow/sleet Saturday night, and maybe some rain later in the day on Sunday. Should be an adventure!

Sounds good. We might run into you at the tail end of our supply drop, depending on when we get to Atsion and get that taken care of. When that's done, we'll be shooting down to Batsto to hike in from the South. We've got site 7 and 8 it seems. Just save me the 2 trees right in the middle of site 8 if you get there before I do - traditions need to be upheld, after all

Sorry for the late notice but I can't come on Friday; my phone needs a new battery badly and so I will be hiking in on Saturday instead.

    regrets,
    Glogg

Saw this and couldn't make it, but thinking I might do a night here next week during the week. Is site 8 good for a solo hang? Any site recommendations? Just need 1 hammock and closer to the water the better.

Site 8 is great for hammocks, and is set back a little away from the water (and everything else) so it's good for a little privacy.

If you're just one hammock, and you want to be near the water, get site 9. It's right across from site 8, but it's on slightly higher ground, right by the river. Not a lot of cover, but a nice view. Enjoy!

Thanks yes that was the one I was thinking of actually. Seems like a great easy overnighter.
