Yeah. A parts specialty store like that.
My plan was to just take along a small hank of line in (with my pipe thickness measurement in hand), see what minimum hole size would work then go from there. Some of those grommets are pretty thick, but they have them with much thinner walls, and many with rigid outer wall diameters, but plastic or rubber seals in the centers that could be cut out.
I would think you would have much better luck finding the right grommet with the right diameter hole, reasonable sized outer wall, the same or just slightly larger perimeter gap to fit the pipe thickness (can always fill slightly larger with JB weld rather than hyper extend a gap too small), then drill the hole to accomodate the grommet.
....as opposed to trying to find a grommet to fit a pre drilled hole.
