My top pick is the Klymit Pillow. I was reading this article, https://www.toolazine.com/necessary-things-for-camping/ and decide to buy it. It helps to protect my neck.

I just tried an inflatable for about the tenth time. It's not for me.
I am sticking with the zpacks fleece lined cuben dry bag.
Yes, my pack weighs 70lbs, but it's all light weight gear....

LOL!! I clicked this for an update and try and give it another chance. Was looking at off brand inflatables on amazon yesterday. So far I can't make them work.
Too much air: it pops right out from under my head or feels like I need to balance on a ball
Too little air: the air shifts to one side or another so more of a balancing feel again
The UL pillow I bought that inflates with a straw. I still look at that on my gear shelf now and then...and slap myself.
yeah - the small fleece “bag” stuffed with some clothing works great and is light. Most the inflatables I’m tried - especially the expensive ones (with some filler) - sound like someone crunching a bag of cornflakes next to my ear.
In order to see what few have seen, you must go where few have gone. And DO what few have done.

I need only a small lump under my neck, if that much. Like.. the size of a bathroom face towel folded. That makes me a 'Too Little Air' candidate and my head just seems to rock back and forth the pillow.
ThermaRest, HMG and Z-Packs all have dry bags that are lined with fleece on one or both sides. Stuffed with clean clothes with the fleece facing in and then reverse and stuff clothes back in at night. Easy enough. The cuben has a little bit of a crinkly sound but I don't notice it anymore.

The Patagonia ultralight down sweater stuffs into it's interior chest pocket and creates a rectangular down pillow that is perfectly sized for the hammock.......
When I were a groundling (and on the rare occasion when forced to revert) I used one of these and it worked well for me with minimal inflation. I used DCF repair tape to attach a tiny shock cord to it to keep it in place, and even then total weight was 1.6oz.
Thankfully I don't need a pillow in a GE hammock.

I use the blue SeatoSummit. Doesn't take a lot of air and it's comfortable and soft.
I've been using the v1 version of the Trekology inflatable pillow for several years now. Apparently, they have a v2 that has rubber grippy dots on the bottom and an elastic loop to wrap around a pad. Looks like you can tie a line to it to keep it in place or falling out of the hammock.
