Another vote for the Outdoor Vitals pillow. Got it on a "special" deal, $10 shipped.
I only inflate it about 25-30% for sleeping, a bit more if I'm reading or watching videos.
Alternatively, my buddy uses the Trekology pillow from Amazon. Essentially the same as the OV, just a tiny bit larger.

I have a Klymit X pillow and I am looking for another style. The X works pretty good if it's almost fully inflated. I like it pretty thin in my hammock and I find that the air moves from one chamber to another when I am laying on in unless I am perfectly in the middle. It is more pain than its worth. It does work pretty good when I am sleeping somewhere other than the hammock.

Yeah it's slick too. And nails-on-a-chalkboard feel IMO. It's hard to beat a good cushy pillow with down or some similar synthetic fill.

I also have the Klymit X. Tried it a few times but have gone back to the “clothes in a stuff sack” option for my pillow.

Sharing my own personal hammock pillow journey for others enjoyment:

None - No need for a pillow in a hammock, that's silly and unnecessary weight.

Bunched up puffy/random clothes - hmmm, I guess this is okay.

Sea to Summit Aeros Premium - Hey this is nice, though a bit noisy / crinkly.

Nemo Fillo Elite - Just as light, but seems softer, less artificial.

Nemo Fillo Backpacking/Camping Pillow - ooh, luxury foam! very nice, though a bit heavy/bulky.

Zpacks Medium-Plus Pillow - multiple uses, dyneema cool-ness. UL certified. kinda lumpy.

Simply Light Designs Apex Climashield pillow - Hammock Forums peer pressure made me buy this. Pretty nice. Bonus points for not falling out in the duff with it's shockcord tether. solid pillow.

In conclusion, my current favorites are the Nemo Fillow Elite and SLD Apex. I'm sure the future holds some more unnecessary purchases in the pursuit of hammock pillow perfection.

I barely inflate it. Not sure about if it's the lightest pillow or exactly how much it weighs. Maybe 3oz?
    I use the same

I like the Thermarest pillows with the memory foam chunks. No bladder to break or air leaks.

Under my head, I am using the Nemo Fillo like many...spendy but worth it.
I second the Cush, except I do use it under my head. I, too, am a side sleeper, and it allows me to make it more adjustable as I need it. Plus mine packs down really small and I have a tiny DCF stuff sack for it. My other option, when I'm car camping or otherwise not having to haul it miles on my back, is just a cheap synthetic Coleman camp pillow that I've had for years.
