    Finally used my Wookie

Got a wookie 0 degree this year. Was hiking in New Hampshire white mountains last week and figured I would bring it.

Wow. So comfortable and easy. It was a little overkill because it only got into the upper 30’s. It weighs 25 oz according to my scale. 8 oz heavier than my 20 degree torso uq and not much bulkier.

Rained all night while camped close to South Kinsman. Longest I’ve ever stayed in a hammock. From 5 pm to 8 am next morning. Did have one trip outside at midnight.

Easy is the right word. The Wooki was part of my original hammock gear splurge so I never got to experience the "fun" of primary/secondary suspensions, draft collars, quilt clips, tacos and burritos, etc. Glad you enjoyed your outing in comfort.
The game is the best teacher.

While it is hard for me to picture how any UQ could work any better than my Greylock4 and short MW3 do, I admit this is one UQ I have a real urge to put to the test. Sounds like it always works perfectly, assuming it is on the right sized hammock. Or even if the hammock is too long, I bet a simple mod could be done. Long as the hammock is not too short.
