    A frame versus Diamond

    hello,

    i have a heavy 10 x 10 ' DPM basha.

what do you think about the two possible set up, A frame and Diamond pitch?

What are the pros and cons, according to you?

Sure, diamond pitch need less guylines and stakes, but i would like to know your opinion about that, with your experiences

I use a 10x10 as well and I prefer the Diamond pitch mainly because it allows a more open feel to being out doors. I still get a lot of protection from rain and for shade. The only time I will choose to hang it square would be if I was expecting heavy winds and blowing rain (or if there isn't @ 14' between the trees to allow for a diamond pitch)
