Very new to hammock camping. I have seen almost every vid on U-tube and continue to find more. I motorcycle camp and not very interested in the most light weight items. 2016 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Vaquero = think HD RoadGlide at 1/2 the price. I have a KampRite tent currently in my trailer and want to sell my trailer/ and tent. Looking for strap down gear. No Long trips, just do not want to pull a trailer anymore.
I really like forums since you can search and read much more than FB, they are a slower process but the information seems much more in-depth and useful.
I live in Minneapolis, MN so I see some cold, but do not like to be cold. Summer, Spring and Fall camping as time allows.
I have read a great deal here already and had to Join just to see some pics I was interested in.

    Welcome aboard!!

Doesn't matter if you carry it, tow it, drag it or back pack with it.. if you're going to spend the night in it... you're in the right place!!

Yes, my pack weighs 70lbs, but it's all light weight gear....
