You might want to shoot HG an email and see what they suggest. Many manufacturers have done the homework for us and can suggest a specific sack for a particular quilt. I think EE used to do this. Sea-to-Summit makes good compressions sacks too. Looking at Shug's link makes me wonder is S2S also makes the product for REI.
I'm surprised no one mentioned skipping the compression sack and just loading the quilts into the base of your pack, inside something waterproof like a trash compactor bag. The rationale is that the weight of your other gear will squish down the quilts without compressing them too much and messing with the loft. I just returned from an overnighter and tried this for the third time....I always feel like I'm wasting space in the pack by not using a stuff sack, but it's worth a try. People seem to either love or dislike the method.

Skip the compression sacks and get a vacuum travel bag. It has every advantage and works for regular travel gear too. It will fit both quilts and go in your carry-on. Waterproof, cheaper, doubles as a knee pillow.
Is the compression sack to hold the bag in your carry-on or checked luggage or just for a backpack? Mine may be a sea-to-summit about 10L for my 40 degree TQ and UQ. It's tucked away in the garage, blocked by a jeep right now so I can't be exact. It compresses to half its size so I'm guessing it would hold 20 degree quilts too - if not a lot of overstuff. The bag is waterproof with a Gore-Tex competitor, eVent, panel on the end so you can squish more air out of that breathable but waterproof panel. It fits nicely in the bow of the kayak. I think both 40 degree quilts compress in the same sack to about 8" long by 6" high (diameter).
In order to see what few have seen, you must go where few have gone. And DO what few have done.

Go to Jacks r Better, he sells compression sacks separately from his quilts but recommends his large sacks for his 20 deg quilts. I know you have quilts from a different maker, but I would think all 20 deg down quilts are about a similar size.
