Don't you just love fall weather ;)

Well fall is here and we're having a heat wave but there's hope on the horizon. In two weeks we're supposed to get in the 80's and 60's so fall hiking is near

By the 3rd, we're looking at 52/60 in the Chicago area. It was in the 40's on Monday morning this week. Getting there.

Here in central New Hampshire in the White Mountains, highs are 60's & 70's with lows in the 40's & 50's. Foliage is starting to turn in the valleys with lots of color at elevation.

88°F and 50% humidity in Houston today. We're finally cooling off. Should be camping weather by October!

In Central Oregon we will be getting down to 29 degrees at night and most likely some snow by next week. Hopefully, we will return to the warm 60's.
In order to see what few have seen, you must go where few have gone. And DO what few have done.

Pretty much perfection here - 75/80 high, 50 low, sunny and dry.

    (however - winter is coming)

Hit 40deg for a low last night... was glorious night to try out the new 20deg Warbonnet Diamonback..... keep fall going all the way to Thanksgiving !!!
Long periods of 60's for a high and 30's to 40's for lows is PERFECT !!

Sorry for the abundance of quilt picts... had to share... this will be the mainstay for Fall and into Winter hanging... have done as -15 F w/ a 20deg TQ stacked on top of a 40 deg... looking forward to those nights as well, but not as much as FALL !!!

    Currently @ 1835 it is 85F

This is not appropriate for fall weather.
