Not sure but You’ll be lucky to even get a fire started with the current forecast for next weekend.

I just checked on the forestry commission website. Near as I can tell there are no burn bans in our area.
I doubt it after all this rain we are having.i was at Winfield Scott yesterday and everyone it seemed, to have a nice warm fire going on their sites. We may get some rain ourselves next weekend if our usual annual weather pattern holds out, I wouldn’t rule out snow, sleet, hail, or some sort of unbelievable weather phenomenon! No matter what the forecasts says!🐒
Looks like rain, and alot of it. If it does rain we probably will not be there. Sorry but have to think about my health for a change. Hopefully it wont rain.
I'm not completely stupid, just "Nucking Futz"
I have camped out in the rain at ravins cliff many times. There are plenty of places to rig tarps. I have even built fires in the rain there under my 12 foot kelty. Just put the fire downwind and crank the tarp up a bit. Don't let the rain keep you away, those can be the most memorable evenings, especially when hammock camping.
I’m planning on being there with my wife & son rain or shine.
Guys I dont think me and Jimmy are gonna make it this year. We have so much going on we might only see one more hang this year. We will for sure catch you guys in the spring at some of the others!!!!!
Question... the area we will be camping in, is there space for a canopy (8x8) and setting up a table?
