I planning on making a DIY Hammock over the winter. First time build for me. There are a lot of features I would like for the Hammock, but was wondering if these are mutually exclusive? (attached Bug Net, adjustable ridge line and Knotty mod)

Not in general. You'll want to be careful about the range on the ridgeline: going too long can lead to damage to the bug net. Knotty mod needs a little more thought: it won't do much if you attach it where the zip is, due to the stiffness of the zip. You might also want to think about what you want it for: the main purpose of a knotty mod is to stop the loose fabric at the edges of the hammock from draping on top of you. With an attached bugnet, you've got the bug net to hold it up, so it's not so prone to that issue anyway.
If attached bugnet is most to important to you, you can put a couple of tie outs on the sides with shock cord to hold the sides out, instead of the Knotty mod.
You can shorten the Ridgeline a tiny bit with the net, but it will begin to Sag on you without the shock cord tie outs. You would definitely need to design the bug net with the longest Ridgeline that you would use, otherwise you can rip the net
