    Ridgerunner update for real?

This came through on my Facebook feed. (Since it was on the Internet it must be true ). Anyone heard anything if this is real? Don’t want to steal any of Brandon’s thunder if it is, but since it came through on my Facebook the cat’s out of the bag if it is.

Interesting. Been wanting to order a RR for a week now, but the site says there's a 4-week lead time because of no spreader bars. Guess I'll wait and see what comes of this update.

I’m sure it will be great. It’s Warbonnet after all! Weight reduction is safe bet, but Warbonnet frequently surprises us with original ideas, so I am betting on a bigger update. There’s a lot of room for experimentation with the Ridgerunner. Hopefully they are capitalizing on that.

The people want to know! (or is this a deviously clever marketing ploy by the masterminds at warbonnet? lol!)
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

They posted an IG story showing the new update. They got rid of the metal tabs for the spreader bars, and now they slot directly into a loop in the cord. Apparently saves 2 ounces weight overall. I just received my RR, but it was the older version, which they say will still be shipping during the transition to the new version.
