Looks like it should give plenty of support.
Be careful no one slips out in the middle of the night.

Mine is out for delivery today. Would anyone like to see a pic of me in my Banana Hammock later?...

Ordered mine this morning... w/ the spliced Mantis for use as my lounging hammock (conversation starter ) with daisy chain webbing. Added a structural ridgeline & clip on peak shelf (to hold the next beer or ??)

This makes the 4th Dutch hammock ... just a mini-collection compared to some... a total nutjob compared to the general population !

Will it arrive green and need some time to ripen?

Shared the picture of it with my daughter.... She loved it, so I just purchased another shipped to her for her birthday

So much for this month's discretionary funds !

Is that a picture of the one you received? The colors on mine are very faded and washed out looking compared the that (and the one on Dutchs site). The colors on the exterior of mine aren't much different from the interior, there's no "pop" at all.

You are correct, yours does look faded and dull compared to the one in the picture advertised.

Not looking to stir the pot, and I know sometimes the pics on screen and the actual colors in person can vary, but I wouldn't be satisfied with the product you received.

It is a very cool design though!

Yeah that's the first thing I noticed when I opened the package. It's almost like the printer was running out of ink when mine was made.

    I'll hit customer service up.

Dutch, that's a beautiful hanging fruit right there. Now I have to loose some weight so I can lay in my banana hammock while in my banana hammock.

MD, I hope you get that straightened out. A ripe banana looks better than a dull old stale banana.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

MuaDale; The picture I shared... directly above your question... IS from Dutch's release photos. I have not received my banana hammock(s) yet.... ordered one for me and am sending another to my daughter for her birthday !

I agree, I'd prefer more 'pop' like in the pictures announcing the release. Will see what comes in the mail... current status is "printed" ... Can't wait to see how they look!
