Kayaking trip without places to stop

I'm working on a 130mi kayaking trip, 5 days plus one for cushion. The problem is, there is nowhere to stop along the way. Maybe a few stops to rest and stretch at a park or town, but definitely not for sleeping.

Other than dogger's epic Mississippi trip, has anyone done something like this? My first thought was stealth hang, but even then I'm limited on trees and very exposed so I don't think that would work. I'm not sure I can rely on knocking on billy bob's farmhouse door at 8pm asking if I could hang in his woods on the river bank.

I'm going to need that big floating raft with a hammock stand!

I guess this trip could be over already.

If you can't legally hang/camp you either have to sleep in the kayak, stealth, or change locations.

There's gotta be more ideas than that, the obvious. I hope!

I haven't started any planning.. just a bucket list item... but in this day and age... My thought was I'd have to plan around towns / parks or Stealth if outside of a town.

I have a Tensahedron stand that you could borrow, it packs small enough for a kayak I'm sure. That may open up your stealth options some.
    Good luck,

    What river, Mark?
Maybe some locals know of good camp sites.

Kayaking trip without places to stop

I've only canoed/kayaked a few rivers with spots it would work... but hanging from a single tree dangling over the water is a fantasy of mine.

On the other hand, being dragged to the depths by the unyielding grasp of heavy, wet nylon and drowning five feet from shore is particularly nightmare-worthy...
