Happy Friday - only two weeks to go!

Looking forward to getting out in the woods, and hanging with everyone attending. I wanted to take a moment to start thanking some of the vendors that have graciously agreed to donate items to our raffle.

First up, I'm sure everyone who has made any gear in the last few years is familiar with Ripstop By the Roll:

For the event, they've donated a couple gift cards, so that the lucky winners can purchase materials needed to make whatever their heart desires.

Many thanks to Kyle, Justin, and the rest of the team at RBTR!

I also wanted to put up a little info about this year's chosen charity.

We've decided to donate to the Ronald McDonald House organization, for a few reasons. First, their overall mission to help sick children and their families as they struggle under the weight of their care is amazing. They also have a strong commitment to education, sponsoring scholarships around the country for deserving candidates. Add to that the fact that they regularly and historically receive the highest of marks in regards to transparency and actually using the monies donated for their mission (as reported on Charity Navigator) and we couldn't think of a more deserving cause.

RMH is a great charity! Very happy to donate to this raffle for sure! We volunteer there every year around Thanksgiving or Christmas to make dinner for the folks staying in the Portland, ME RMH. My daughter's girl scout troop has volunteered in their houses all across the country too!

I'm hoping someone can help me set up my 2qzq XLC UQP I bought a couple years ago. I can't seem to figure it out to work right.

It didn't seem to come with anything to attach it with and I tried to put it on once and clearly it was wrong because one of the grosgrain loop ripped off! Gah!
