Tarp Setup on Tensa 4

I would love to see a YouTube on tarp setup on the Tensa 4 hammock stand, both with tarp extender and without. Shug would be just the man to do so. I have seen some photos of his different setups, but no in-depth discussion which could be done with YouTube video.

Let’s put some pressure on ole Shug to produce!

If you have a Tensa4 stand, I'd argue that you can learn a lot more from experimenting firsthand than you could ever learn from watching a video. Not to take anything away from Shug's informative and entertaining video production skills. Maybe he'll take you up on your suggestion, but if not I wouldn't let it stand in the way of getting out there and trying a few things on your own.

I have to agree with cmc4free. Get out there and get your hands dirty putting up the tarp. The tarp extensions take some fiddling with to get dialed in.

I don't have a T4 but have made one out of 2x2's. Not the same thing and I haven't figured out a tarp for it yet but would love to see yall with the T4 on how you do it.

+1 for DIY fiddling and tweaking. It took me all of maybe 3 hours including setting up the Tensa 4, hammock, extenders, and tarp to get what worked for me. Even if there was a video with explicit instructions there are too many variables. I agree that a "starter" video would have helped me but I think the instructions included with the extensions are adequate enough.

Now if Shug wanted to come to my backyard and show me personally that might be something entirely different. I'm just unsure of my sanity after 3 hours one-on-one with Shug.
