These are the pictures from the original for sale forum posted by ouachita hiker.
I have not used this tarp yet, only pulled it out of the box.
When I received the tarp some of the tie outs were damaged and the edge of the fabric had split.
As can be seen in the following pictures.

After seeing the condition that the tarp was in I decided to send it to James at little shop of hammocks to be repaired as I have no sewing skills.
This was James initial assessment of the tarp: “The frayed bits you mentioned are the silnylon reinforcement edges they used. Probably when they originally made it the silicone left a nice neat edge. They should have rolled it into the hem but added it after it had been sewn. Nothing you can really do about that now. Good news is the rolled hem is fine.
I will trim the tie outs and add new ones. I see they didn’t use d rings on the grosgrain loops (ties). Did you want drings? Same with the ridgeline ties, I can put d-rings there too.
If I put mid panel pull outs on you will need to seal them.”
After James had a look at the tarp and described what the issue were with the tarp, he went ahead and revitalized it.
In the end this was the result:”I cleaned up all the tie outs, replaced the grosgrain loops and added Beastie D Rings
Also put on 4 panel pulls. There was a spot where the silnylon was worn through near a pull out so I reinforced it with some grosgrain as well.”
After James’ work on the tarp it should be good as new.
I do not have any pictures of the finished product at this time as I haven’t had a chance to set it up. I will be able to get pictures sometime next week.
This tarp does need to be re seam sealed and no guylines are included. The stuff sack is included.
