    Question Hello from Montréal

    Hi all,

Of course, the internet has hammock forums. Makes me feel less weird to want to sleep in a hammock indoors.

I’m a complete noob when it comes to hanging. I have a double brazilian (I know i will get a wider one soon), a stand and lots of questions.

Right now things are good as it’s still pretty warm but i’m half worried come winter. My house gets pretty chilly.

Would you recommend the underquilt route or stuff a bunch of blanket in the hammock (my first choice, but I’m a noob). Again it’s for indoor use so I don’t care about weight.

    Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forums. If you can afford under quilts then go with an under quilt but it needs to be designed to fit your hammock and most under quilts from our cottage vendors aren't made for Brazilian hammocks.

Welcome. I prefer a hammock indoors or out - so no worries about us thinking it is weird.

I use a blanket indoors and an underquilt outdoors. It just works for me.

I love Montreal - I traveled there several times and often refer to it as my favorite French city (during the summer that is I always stayed at Ruby Foo's.
