Isinours Management Unit is located just about 5 miles North of Preston, MN in Southeastern Minnesota ( 29604 246th St, Preston, MN 55965)
Trails are well maintained and clean. It is situated along side the Root River State Trail, a paved bike trail connecting a Fountain, Preston, and Lanesboro.
I didn't record the weather data but it was beautiful for early May. No rain and nice warm sun.
8 of us attended. Most of the weekend was spent telling lies around the camp but we did hike the loop and search for mushrooms.
I highly recommend checking out this location. Awesome views from the two camp sites up on the hill. We stayed on the West side site. The south facing site up on the hill has a shelter.
