It has been pretty dry here a few rain showers once in a while as long as it’s not hot I’m good I will probably still be wearing shorts when it’s winter time!

I was just checking the spreadsheet for the food. Only 3 of us have down what we're bringing.. so let's get this going so others can determine what to contribute!

I always bring food to share
Usually don’t decide what to bring until last possible moment
Having same problem with Yates, I will bring food to share but will not provide entire meal for our Potluck Supper
With few exceptions not much communication about meal planning at Yates
Maybe I should have done a spreadsheet, but last Yates many could not access spreadsheet. This fall I asked everyone to communicate with one another on our thread but it’s like herding cats
I’m not absolutely sure of my ETA
But I promise I’ll bring food to share

On the other hand, most every Hang I’ve been to has had to discard or take home surplus food
Does your dog like people food?
    Phantom joking here
I never give a dog food unless his pet person says it’s ok. Hahaha

    Everything will work out fine
Our communication and cooperation can help with meal planning

Thank you for asking first if you may feed my dog but she does not eat anything except her dog food or it will get her out of sorts and you really don't want an 85 lb dog out of sorts.

And yes the spreadsheet has always helped get folks to thinking about what to bring ahead of time to round out the meals so we don't wind up with too much food or a lot of random things like 20 people bringing desserts and only one person making a main course. So far we have 2 main courses and no dessert or sides. I'm really hoping the Terminator will send her brownies again and Peeety makes great fried taters!

What is the wood and fire setup?
Just a main fire-ring, or are there others scattered around?
    Do we group source wood?

Asking because I have a portable SS SoloStove Bonfire that has seen too little use. It sits up on its own base to prevent scorch and root-fires.
    Should I tote it along?

There is one large center ring that we use. Wood will be provided from a local source. No out-of-state wood is allowed because of borers, etc. There are 2 or 3 small rings with grates for grilling and at least one standing grill.

    For our Saturday Potluck Supper
I’m fixin to have appetizers and hors d’oeuvres.
Although final ingredients are top secret...mainly cause I’m disorganized, there might be small cuts of sautéed beef and some cheese chunks.
Hot peppers and prepared horse radish will be separate
