    Waste of money

So I bought the $30 wide netless hexon 1.7 shortly after it was released.
I set it up on a pair of wall hangers in my room to try it out.
    It felt wonderful.

Fastfoward 5 months and I realize I have wasted so much money because of this hammock.

My $700 mattress I bought last year and the bed frame I built for it havent been slept in in over a month.

If only I had bought a dutch 11ft hammock a few years ago I could have saved some money.

Cheers Dutch on making wonderful products.

If I could hang my hammock in the bedroom I wouldn't have spent over a grand on a king size mattress I now hate (currently fighting a claim under their 10yr warranty). I have a hammock hung in the office/guestroom but my wife strongly prefers a warm body next to her. When my back is bothering me a night or two in the hammock helps a lot... and my hammock cost less than a our sheets

Funny, I feel like my house is a waste of money too now that I also bought a tarp and quilts! Even the right shoes and backpack can make me question automobiles!

I've been sleeping in my 11' Argon 1.6 for over a month now. It's a life-changer...just feels right. I'll get lung cancer from radon gas in the basement, but what the hell.

If you like it this much you should at least move it upstairs

I love the basement though. About 66° year round (77° upstairs with the air off), dark, quiet.

My Chameleon was nearly responsible for my death!

This last week we were camping as a group up in the mountains. I was so comfortable in my Chameleon I slept through the foot of snow and everyone else leaving camp. I had to solo out through some pretty sketchy conditions including a river crossing.

Next time I'm going to play it safe and sleep in a tent. I know I won't sleep very well in one of those.

I also bought the $30 wide netless hexon 1.7 shortly after it was released. I had been using a Fox Outfitters hammock that was a three piece, meaning it had two seams. I always seemed to have my shoulder on one of the seams and it was very uncomfortable. This new Dutch hammock rocks!! I finally got to use it on a three night backpacking trip in Kentucky. Never, ever slept so good. Just a perfect hammock, especially for the price. Rock on, Dutch.

Ditto . I've been full time in my argon 1.6 for 2 or 3 years now and I can't even look at that evil contraption that takes up so much Prime hanging real estate in our master bedroom without getting back, hip and neck pains lol. One day the wife is gonna come home from work to find a double Dutch hanging in its place LOL.
