Get ready for a new video! Dutch just added 800 yards of Helion to his page. It’s just over 1.5 oz per half yard and sells for a whopping $21/half yard. That’s expensive! But if it is moisture wicking, truly breathable, and waterproof then I expect some will buy it. Only blue and olive green for now.
Get lost in the woods and find yourself again. A vacation,to me, is working with your hands and surviving because of the fruits of your labor. In the business world I teach;in the natural world I learn.
Waterproof and ultra breathable suggests apparel applications and if one had the skills, this could make for some pretty cost effective, higher-end rain gear.
In time, I'll be interested to see if Dutchware sells only raw fabric or if they start making rain gear with it and what the cost would be.
