    Hammock Pergola / Gazebo?

Morning all, haven't posted in awhile. We are moving from a house with lots of trees to hang from to a house with no trees to have from and was wondering if anyone has made a pergola / gazebo for hammock use.
It needs to be able to accommodate 4 hammocks with one of them being a Clark Vertex. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Here are a ton of pics on a single hang pergola:

And a couple of pics lower down for multi-hang setups.

Yup I did the same search but I didn't find one that would work for all the family to hang together.
I am was hoping someone had thought this thru already. My thinking right now is this but expanded to fit 4 hammocks or 3 hammock plus 1 vertex

I was just thinking about this last week. I have 2 6x6's in my backyard. Someday I'd like to add a second set to make a pergola and cover with ivy and flowers. Table and chairs for the middle. I've got a lot on my to do list so this will have to wait till next year. Love to see pics to get ideas or improvements though...

Have you seen the fire pit swings? Instead of hanging swings, hang hammocks.

Clyde, I did see that. It is a definite possibility. I do want it covered. We have a pond on the new property to the north and also a peek-a-boo view of Canadian Rockies so want to orientate the hammocks to keep that view.

    Love my pergola/hammock testing facility.

These are the only suitable pics I have. You can kind of see the structure and where the hammock hangs.

Basically it's 4- 4x4 posts with 2x6 cross members to hold it together. 2x4's on top of that and 1x2 strips on top for partial shade. It's 16' wide by 12' deep and about 9' tall.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

With something like this, you can potentially hang 5 hammocks, if you put one on the diagonal.

Are you happy with the 4x4's. How are they anchored to the ground? Sonotubes?
