    Regeneration 420- Self healing fabric

I am proud to announce the release of Regeneration 420, I high strength, waterproof fabric and the best part is it is self healing. I know it sounds crazy but you can poke it with a yarn needle, a ti stake or even a pen and the fibers with a special proprietary coating will actually self heal and even retain some of its waterproof rating. It is not ultralight but believe me it is ultra cool. When you have it in your hands you will have to stab it and you will be amazed at how the hole just disappears. We are able to sell this for $7 per half yard, but we are introducing it for $6 per half yard. We have two colors right now but if there is enough interest we can expand it. Right now we have Moroccan Blue and Dark Olive. Here are the pics, vid and link...

I have been working on a scissor lift frame for my pickup truck bed for a truck bed pop up tent. This material will be perfect for this application. If only for the top and part of the side walls. I can see this being perfect for an ultra light bivy floor and best use for a pet palace style dog or cat shelter.

If my math is right 8 yards for under a hundred is great!!

Dutch, I’m dumbfounded!! Do yo think this can be a tarp material for harsh environments and rough use? It seems magical.
Thanks Dutch, thank you for all you do for us hammockers.

I think it is too heavy for a tarp personally. It is more like a pack material for rough conditions. I need to do another vid, I am not happy with that one. I need to show a close up of the holes closing. It truly is amazing.

A hemp pattern on this would really bring it all together.

Great minds think alike. My observation exactly.

Wonder what it would smell like if it caught an ember from the campfire?

How about light weight gators that won't get destroyed in the brush? The comparisons would be the off the shelf heavier over-the calf gators like OR, which I really like, but wish they would pack smaller, and more breathable. The application would be wet 60 degree weather or freezing and snow conditions.
