Hello from the Bay Area CA

Hello just wanted to introduce myself. I'm very new to the hammock world. I got a new Warbonnet XLC double layer. Haven't got to sleep overnight in it. Tried it out hanging in it for half hour. Very comfortable. I also ordered a Warbonnet top quilt. Anxiously waiting for that one. Shugs review convinced me to order one. Anyways. Looking forward to learning more about hammocking from this website!

Welcome to the forums. Shug is sort of the gateway drug to hanging, isn't he? Hope you get out soon and enjoy an overnight in that Warbonnet. You've picked a very well made and versatile hammock.
    "...the height of hammock snobbery!"

you pick a good gear to start with, summer time is perfect season to try out, start with pad, and prepare to get under quilt once you addict to it.
    Welcome.
