Not what I would expect from Z-Packs...
I reached out regarding replacement webbing for my Arc Blast hip belt... I got crickets so far.
Z-Packs doesn't have a presence here that I know of, do they?

Yes, my pack weighs 70lbs, but it's all light weight gear....

Check your junk/spam folders. They are normally extremely prompt and thorough.
Have you tried calling?

Meanwhile, look at all the negative PR that could be avoided by the vendor for the simple act of responding to an email. Zpacks are big ticket items and I've got a buddy who ran into the same issue.
But, playing devil's advocate here: maybe they are having email issues or had some sort of emergency that is to blame for the non-responsiveness. Its surprising that a vendor the size of zpacks doesn't have a contact phone number. Very odd.
If the only way to contact a company is via email and or fill out a contact form, them I do not do business with them.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
I love their gear but waiting a week for an email response when there are no other options for contacting them is really poor form.
I am not going to hassle with it anymore. I'll get what I need elsewhere.

I did. No bueno.
I get the auto-response when I contact them, but nothing else.
Really bad form if you ask me and a loss of a few hundred dollar order. I'll find the webbing, cordage and poncho someplace else..
