PappyAmos, The Terminator and I met for lunch today. Pappy and I discussed how much beer can we pack in, best way to keep it cold and should we use Sam to carry it in.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !

Usually I put mine in an onion bag and place it in Cedar Creek, just tie it off to a tree.

I don't need to make my pack lighter. I need to make my (_*_) lighter.

Love those lightweight coolers. It is usually the 24-pack inside that causes me transport problems. Sometimes you need to lighten the load as you go!

Yes I can remember you and Kevin hauling that Pelican Cooler on wheels up to camp. My Yeti is about the same size and I can barely get it out of the trunk when loaded.

The PCT has become my preferred method. I use a 50 foot piece of zing-it and a PCT toggle I bought off of LiteAF.

Tacoma I remember the first time Deb and I came up and wondered who hauled that Yeti cooler up , and secondly, who is gonna carry that thing down. I think that was 2 years ago or 3?

For me I stick with the bear canister. A little more heavy but easier than hanging food for me.
