Had a great time, I did find the limits of my quilts, so that’s my next upgrade
While it was a brief time this weekend for me I really enjoyed meeting everyone! Phantom, thanks for the coffee, even though you tried to take it back 😂. I hope to everyone at Hangsgiving.
I don't see the Hangsgiving event on the forum. I'm new to the forum so wondering if it's just not posted yet. Anyone know?
Fearrless, That event is hosted by TarHeel State Hangers,(Primarily on) a Facebook group but many hammock campers are crossover or join in on most all or any events they choose to attend whatever the source or social media avenue.
Here is the event link > https://www.facebook.com/Tarheel-Sta...6227537419857/
and if you are on FB you can ask to join because it's a closed group to keep the trolls to a minimum and here is the group page>

Made it back home to Indiana last evening. Just wanted to thank PG for hosting this wonderful event. These type of hangs are what makes beautiful memories.... and stories and lies to tell, (PG is best at it!), along with all the smiles and kindred spirits. I will never be the same.
Dave, the food, however, was a little lacking and I believe there could have been just a bit more . I say this as Bill and I both took turns rolling each other back to our campsite.....*all lies*
Big Bill and I had plenty to talk about on the way home. Planning out potential hangs for next year. Even, the possibility of hosting a hang in good ole southern Indiana. Just a thought. Anyhow it was inspirational.
So great to meet so many of you and amazing to see our super stars, historians and teachers of all kinds share a part of our life with yours. Definitely a one of a kind hang. Holidays are coming up and I can't express how much I wish you all the very best for a happy and healthy time with your families. Till we meet our hang family again, best wishes. We are Yates!
