"We are Yates"
Yes, all this talk about coffee, hot buns, beans and wangs got my attention. ? Barking spiders ? Lol
Also, my surgery was the end of May and was mostly successful. Also a big thanks to all for checking in on me and the prayers. Just a few more small procedures and more physical therapy and I should be able to keep up with Pappy and Groundhog. I've been cleared to camp/hike/relax with a few weight restrictions etc. So, if all goes as planned I should be able to hang at Yates again. without being dizzy lol
With all that said: I plan on bringing coffee (3 kinds) and my Big percolator, livermush and grits. I'll have to think on the Sat. night supper (potluck). I'm thinking of some sauces to go with the Chicken Wings.
Is anyone able to grill, smoke or deep fry some fresh wings? That might be kinda neat and delicious and then we could set up a sauce bar fixen station.
Anyway, can't wait to see some of y'all that I've missed during my recovery and what-not. Bring on the fall

I don't need to make my pack lighter. I need to make my (_*_) lighter.
Sounds good. Just point it out to me so I can leave it for the brave souls who enjoy having their tastebuds destroyed by heat.
