So something happened, either the meat was sub par, or my smoker malfunctioned, and the meat looked off to me.

So this really sucks, I just had to toss 40 bucks of meat out that I smoked for 20 hours.

I’m scrambling to find a make up bring for tomorrow.

So, I think I am packed. I am worried to death I am forgetting something cause I have worked almost 30 hours since 9 am yesterday. 5 more hours to work tomorrow and we can leave. I just hope I have what we need for the weekend
