We really miss all of you and wish we could be there for the hang. We are hanging out in Nebraska right now, and aren't sure where we will be for the fall and winter. I hope it's a great hang.
If you don't like my cooking there's always MRE's.***Hotlips
Maybe you can find a group hang out there ?

Hotlips&Kingsford, I was driving south on a road in Nebraska, and I noticed a large hillside parallel to the road...drove along beside hillside for about 30 minutes. There were houses on hillside and some houses about to be built. The bulldozed dirt looked like sand. I wondered if that hillside was once a sand dune on a long gone sea.
I don’t remember the highway and we got there because we went out of route to beat a snow storm in Colorado.
Join in our Hangs anytime, we’ll feed you, just not as good as you fed us...
I do miss Hotlips and Kingford's cooking.
The Terminator told me that I should go ahead and retire (again) and start camping more.....decisions decisions. The only problem is that the last time I retired in 1996 she told me I was underfoot too much and should go back to work.

Straight out of Clayton.
Most physical hike: Grandfather Mountain, NC. Aug 13.
I don't need to make my pack lighter. I need to make my (_*_) lighter.
*** Update ***
I survived surgery that I had the end of May. Most problems were corrected and a few follow up procedures, rest and time should clear everything else up.
With that said, I have been cleared by the Doc's to camp, relax and romp in the wood like most other Moose are supposed to do.
If all works out with my follow up appointments etc I may be able to come carve a pumpkin and hang around for the weekend. My daughter said that carving a pumpkin and tying knots with PG (David) would be good physical therapy. Not sure about the mental part lol
I seen the talk about Gators and snakes in the past but nothing about any Moose sightings
Could be a first
Gunner, I'll sign up when I have conformation (Permission from wife) on the dates...... I only have her blessing to attend Yates because it's closer but fingers crossed.
