The last week is the hardest........

I placed an order for an Econ Long 30 degree UQ 22 days ago when there was a 4 week wait....so In theory, I should hear something this week, maybe. I'm excited. Was last weekend my final camp with a synthetic UQ? Time will tell.....

    It's just a blanket, man........calm down.

I know exactly what you mean. I ordered a HG Econ UQ two years ago. There was a bit of a wait for me also but a couple weeks after I should have heard something I still had no quilt. Short of the story is that HG made and shipped it but the USPS apparently lost it. HG support was excellent and made a new one and overnighted it. I had it two days later. So, I know that feeling of waiting all too well. Hang in there. The wait is worth it!

Generally speaking, I have found through experience that most vendors are shipping at least reasonably close to their stated lead times. So you’re theory is sound

I feel you, Marmaduke. I ordered an Economy Burrow 38 days ago. Been checking my email for a shipping confirmation WAY too much lately. As you said, “It’s just a blanket, man.” But I know the wait will be well worth it.

And......... it looks like Hammock Gear just increased the prices of their econ quilts. A few weeks ago I paid 151 for a Long 30 degree UQ, now it's $179. Quite an increase.

Our apologies for this. We have held off increasing prices for quite a long time but Goose and duck down prices just continue to climb for many of the same reasons that other costs of goods in this country are going up... Our research has us in a position that is still very competitive with similar options on the market...And beating most of them.

Even with the price increase, the Econ model is still a good deal. My fault for not pulling the trigger earlier
