I am unable to edit the spreadsheet but I am planning on making Scalloped Potatoes with Bacon and Green Chiles on Saturday as a side to dinner.
Lots of green chile dishes going on and I love it! Gotta keep it authentic in the southwest!

Sorry if it seemed like I was complaining. I was almost certain someone would say "Click button'X', dummy" about some obvious step I missed.
Also, I can do the scalloped potatoes any night Thursday-Saturday if there is another that works better.
