So kamileon, are you still planning to attend with your smoker. I need to know if I need to bring some ribs?

    Total green horn question here...

What's the situation with cell service out there? I'd be surprised if it was available at camp but is there a place nearby from which I could make calls?

It depends on your provider. I have Verizon and I can get limited coverage if I stand by the fire with a drink in my hand.

Sorry guys, but I have another question that will probably seem dumb to those that have gone before.

I see the spreadsheet of volunteers to make meals. If I go, and it looks like I will, I will definitely sign up. Unfortunately there are some family medical issues around here that will make it hard to confirm until the week of.

At any rate, are there meals for which we are on our own? At our hang in SoCal we have 1 or 2 potlucks but everybody cooks for themselves besides that. It seems like with this one there isn't much solo cooking going on.

Should I only bring snacks and whatever meal stuff I end up bringing? I really like cooking outdoors and usually do a lot of it but I don't want to seem rude if the plan is to do group meals the whole time.
