Yet another time Dutchware comes through!

A year ago, I had an idea.

I start to work out the idea and have a graphic design worked out. It sits on the table for awhile. Suddenly, I think, "Gee, I should move on that one of these days." An event approaches that would be perfect to show off the finished product (and get pictures). I think, "Nope. With the issues of the graphic itself, printing to fabric, and creation, it wouldn't be to me before my event."

I reach out to Dutchware on a "I wonder what it would take?" type of query. One week later, I have a custom printed tarp that is PERFECT in my hands.

It would have been nice if the hotel hadn't screwed up with my hotel room and actually put me where I had requested so I could have displayed my new flag/tarp.

At least everyone that saw it at the convention loved it! (an 11' rectangular tarp isn't something that's easily displayed between one's hands)

Thank you again to Dutch, Josh, and the rest of the elves at Dutchware!

    Great to hear!

I've always enjoyed being able to work with and directly communicate with so many vendors' staff, even those who aren't typically the "front-line" staff. I've definitely been spoiled communicating directly with the people on these teams who are actually getting my gear and materials together or working on it. It feels like such a hollow or numb transaction for so many purchases that I make in life outside of this hobby.
I noticed you mentioned Josh in your comment and it spurred me to respond. Dutch, Alex and Carolyn have typically been those great contacts that I've communicated with at Dutchware and they've each been exceptional in all my dealings. Josh was a new one to me, who I just had the opportunity to speak to this week and he helped me out as well. Seems like another exceptional staff there. So, thanks again Josh and the rest of the crew there!

Carolyn was quick to recognize and respond to me and forward me to Josh, then make sure that I did everything correctly to make sure I would receive it on time!

I would have loved to have gotten pics if I could have had a place to hang it.

It's going to be a month or so before I get a chance to hang this lovely tarp.

But there will be pics when it gets hung.
